The Script-a-thon is a month long screenwriting contest and marathon. Write or re-write your script in July 2012, then submit for prize consideration at the end of the month. With our contest, there's one month that's completely devoted to writing. One month where you can say, guilt-free, "I'm sorry, I can't go out tonight. It's Script-a-thon month." Four weeks where you can pour yourself into your script, motivated by the ticking clock, completely immersed in the world you've created. No other screenwriting contest provides that motivation, support and encouragement, but the Script-a-thon does.
Judges Include: Renny Harlin (director, Die Hard 2), Steve Mazur (writer, Liar Liar) and Scott Rosenfelt (producer, Home Alone).
Notification: October 20, 2011
