Objective

Looking for the Best Screenplays out there today! Contest will award $1,000 to best screenplay and $250 for 2nd place along with our coveted "Appy" Award. Accepting entries beginning October 1, 2005. Festival Dates are April 27-29, 2006 in Huntington, WV. Contest Finalists invited to attend the festival.

Rules

Residency requirements - see eligibility. Scripts must be no longer than 130 pages, typed, and in generally accepted format. Your script can not be under professional contract or under option. Screenplays will be judged on format, plot, character, structure, and dialogue. A one page synopsis should accompany your submission.

Awards

$1000 Best Screenplay, 2nd place $250.
