News: Samuel Goldwyn Writing Awards Competition

UCLA's Tremba Wins Goldwyn Award

Joseph Tremba of UCLA has been announced as the first place winner of the 54th annual Samuel Goldwyn Writing Awards for his screenplay "The Shoeshine Girl."

Second place was a tie between UCLA students Eli Mael for "Oaktown" and Rob Kotecki for "Blowback." First honorable mention was awarded to Jennifer Barclay of UC San Diego for "Prank," and a second honorable mention went to UCLA's Bradford Schmidt for "Landsailor."
