The 10th Annual Screenwriting Conference in Santa Fe welcomes Chris Vogler
The Screenwriting Conference of Santa Fe, May 27-June 1, welcomes Chris Vogler as part of its lineup.
Vogler is a Hollywood insider, author of The Writer's Journey:Mythic Structure for Writers, and a consultant on Disney animation projects including Aladdin, The Lion King, Hercules and others.
For the Screenwriting Conference in Santa Fe, Vogler presents a seminar on polarity, the essential engine of conflict, looking at how forces of nature like gravity and electro-magnetism have their parallels in story-telling.
He teaches how universal principles of polarity can work in stories to stimulate change in a character, through the cycles of reversal that make an exciting drama or narrative.
