Objective:

To reward the best of independently written but still unproduced feature-length scripts. To highlight the value of independent filmmaking and filmmakers (which means video as well, of course).

Eligibility:

Anyone who has written an unproduced, feature-length script in English

Entry Fee:

$35 (by 4/30/2007);
$40 (by 5/30/2007). wsPro $5 Discount

Rules:

The script must be feature-length. It must be unproduced. It must be the original work of the person entering the contest. It must be in English - simply because we don't have the wherewithal to screen and judge entries in other languages.

Awards:

First prize will be cash, probably $500. We continue to fundraise money for the prizes. All finalists will all receive coverage from the festival's co-director or a writer of produced scripts.
