Topic: SCREENWRITING SOFTWARE

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 03/13/03 03:45 AM

I bought Dramatica Pro a couple of years ago and still don't understand it. I mean, don't we know in the very beginning when we have an idea for the story and do an outline, that our character is going to succeed or fail? Some of the questions gave me a brain squeeze.

As for Final Draft, I use it and like it, but had to customize my margins and other tabs because I like my left margin indented 1.5 inches which makes the script more centered once you put the brads in.

Yeah, I got the same thing from him--that his people would write the logline and synopsis--I, too, thought it was weird. I think I'll pass on his offer.

As screenwriters, we know that peace comes AFTER the conflict. We could, as one British UN speaker said, "just throw up our hands and go home"...leave all in peace. In peace we may one day wake to find we are all infected with God knows what.

I have a hunch that we will find much more than any of us imagines if we go in to Iraq. It is obvious Hussein is just another Hitler. Should we not have stopped Hitler?

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 03/26/03 01:51 PM

Time will tell on all of this. I predict that American and British forces will come out as heros--they already are beginning to look that way. Notice how the French are trying to get back in to the "coalition of the willing"? A few days ago they said if weapons of mass destruction were used on the coalition forces, they would step in to help--someone on the news said, "Yeah--their name would probably be on it, too"--(meaning the WMD missile) They've been selling to Iraq for years, and they just didn't want their arms for oil business to go kapoot because of the war. Which means they don't really care about the Iraqui people. Protestors are saying this is a war about OIL, but President Bush says the oil belongs to the Iraqui people, and I believe him. My spirit affirms he is a God-fearing, bible believing man who wants to liberate the people from a torturing tyrant and get rid of WMD.

Anyway, time will tell.

Topic: NO MORE FREAKIN WAR!!!

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 03/26/03 10:12 PM

Marcel,

The difference between WMD and regular bombs are that most of the bombs now are "smart" bombs with GPS, and can hit a precise target.. such as the enemy's communications systems. Dirty bombs aren't meant for an exact target, but infect whoever gets in the way and can be spread further than the bombing site, such as smallpox. Many people could be infected and infect others before they even know they have it. That's what the "mass destruction" means. Sometimes our smart bombs do fail--but at least we aren't intentionally killing civilians like the Iraqui's are by dressing up as US soldiers and when their civilians go to surrender, they execute them. And, Marcel, one reason we are going after Hussein is he ignored resolution 1441 and has been lying to the UN about WMD, according to our intelligence sources. Those 3,000 protective suits they recently found is a clue.

As far as Bin Laden, I think he knows his number is up soon from the last taped message he made. It sounded like a goodbye letter.

Steve,

Canada is mostly French and went along with France because they hate the British. Furthermore, the French don't have much going for them right now and are trying to flex their muscles in the "new Europe"--they might have also been hoping the US would back out of going to war because of their veto power, and they could continue their arms for oil gravy train as usual.

D.G.,

You said that we should eat good food in a safe place--the food some of the Iraqi's are getting from the American soldiers right now is the first they've had for awhile. Their own soldiers turned off their WATER, and many Iraqi children are at risk for getting cholera.

We are sacrificing our young men and women in order to save a people. If that isn't love, I don't know what is.

I forgot to say I can't stand Michael Moore. He has a big fat ego that goes well with his big fat---better not say, but it rhymes with gas.

Also forgot to say that I feel our Canadian neighbors are our friends, but the guy in power is always a French guy, thus the siding with France.

Steven,

You're assuming I live in the lower 48. No, I'm your neighbor on the west--Alaska. We have alot of natives here, but they originally came from Mongolia. I'm certain many of your natives came from France. That's where I'm getting my figures.

Did your people vote on the issue, of going to war, or was it the Prime Minister and his cabinet's call? If so, he's French and he's going to side with France. That's all I was saying.

And--D.G.--we also hunt and fish--nothing wrong with that at all. We don't have the luxury of choosing when we do it though, because we have to work for a living.

Statistics on Canadian ethnic populations can be found here: www.statcan.ca/english/census96/feb17/eo2can.htm#3 --the problem with any table nowadays is that many people have been putting down "Canadian" as their ethnic group instead of British or French (or anything else) as the origin, so we really don't have true data.

Steven got me curious, that's all.

Connie

Topic: NO MORE FREAKIN WAR!!!

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 03/29/03 01:05 AM

Steven,

I don't get where you're coming from...you are not counting Yukon nor BC as part of Canada? (you said BC is WEST of Canada--that doesn't make sense to me because if it's PART of Canada, then it is WESTERN Canada, not west of Canada.) Phew! We are North AND West of Canada--Northwest of BC and West of Yukon. Whatever. But that's not the issue, anyway.

I was just sitting tonight, thinking about who's in and who's out in the coalition of the willing--. There are so many more countries who have decided FOR disarming Hussein than not. Canada has oil and so does Alaska, but like I said before, I don't think our inclusion in the war is all about oil; the oil belongs to Iraq. I mean, heck, we could just let it go and buy from you guys if we ran out, right? So it boils down to Hussein is a madman and must be stopped from killing and torturing his own people and threatening other countries.

Good night all, sleep tight. Night Steven, down there in Canada.

Topic: INSIDER TIPS ON WRITING SCREENPLAYS

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 03/30/03 08:20 PM

Okay,

I agree somewhat with everyone. I do believe in outlines, to get the story going. I believe in a strong hook. I write what I would like to see on the screen, but I still believe in plot points which are those unexpected twists and turns that make the story interesting and move it along. I strongly believe in not repeating anything you've ever seen in another movie.

I think if you ask yourself after writing a scene: "Does this move me?" and can't answer yes, then it's likely there is either fire and passion missing, or you haven't developed your characters enough so that the viewer will actually care what happens to them.

That's my 2 cents!

Hi all--Warren akaSteve & Mary Kay--

I did find an example on Done Deal. So we go through the whole script this way, just sort of telling the story? Do some styles of treatments put the story into 3 acts? I think that would be the more organized method...

Ellum,

"A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet" --meaning, it is not in the name. Perhaps my name is Constance or Consuelo. I know of girls who go by the name of Sam for Samantha, or Jo for Josephine. Name doesn't matter. I took your writing to be that of a woman, it wouldn't matter what your name was.

Women nit-pick, which is what you do. Women are bitchy. This is what I hear from you. Men like to slap you on the back and have fun, maybe pull a few punches and then tell you to come join the party. Instead, you seem to hold a grudge.

Hey, I don't know if you are a man or a woman. Why don't you tell us?

Has anyone else who sent to Global Entertainment received a response? I did, via email, with attached notes from the reader. They thought my story was compelling, but thought there were holes in it, said my main character was hard to like, and that some characters served no purpose, blah blah blah. They also said I could try a rewrite on my own or use someone they suggested or find my own professional. After the script got up to par, they would be eager to present it to producers, etc. and they would take 15% of any money generated on an option or whatever.

Well, I had already done a rewrite after sending them the script, so I think for now I will just go over it again and buff it up for the Scriptapalooza contest.

Anyone's thoughts?

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 05/15/03 02:10 PM

Hello All,

I do watch alot of movies, but I like to read the scripts too. My favs are suspense with some romance thrown in. "Sea of Love" comes to mind (Al Pacino & Ellen Barkin) as well as "Double Jeopardy". Other stuff I liked is "Throw Mama From the Train" , "Shawshank Redemption" and a sweet dog story called "Fluke". I watched "Message in a Bottle" because it sounded sort of romantic (and I'll watch just about anything with water in it) but Kevin Costner seemed so whiny that it detracted from the whole. If there is a good trial on Court TV, I'll watch that above anything else.

Topic: How long to write a script?

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 05/19/03 09:57 PM

Hello all,

Now this is an interesting topic. It could take several months to several years--or longer, if you count the time it's rolling around in your head.

I think the fastest way to get down to business after your idea, is to do an outline. That way you can see the turning points more clearly. I've read where you should just write, even if it's lame--just get the point across, and you can fix it later with something really unique.

I also think by the time you complete an outline, you will know if this story is going to work or not. You can also check on set ups and payoffs.

I just had a tooth extracted today, so I'm kinda tired from the medication--so--zzzzzz--sorry.

I think I would rather not think about it! I start getting a brain squeeze when I think about theory and start picking things apart--although I have sat down with a movie and marked out when such and such happened, etc. so I could understand what made it so good. I bought Dramatica Pro, and it gave me such a headache, all the talk about inner conflict and outer conflict , the theories, etc etc--oh my god, it was almost traumatic. I finally sold it on ebay for way less than I paid. I was just glad to get rid of it. I should have taken my money back from the seller, but I had lost the sales slip.

I do understand the importance of the 3 acts and am in no way putting that down, or anything else the other writers have talked about. It's just me. I started a new script, and I think my brain just thinks in 3 acts, because when I began to sort of dissect it, I found that my beginning came out to around 25 pages. I already know the ending, and I'm sure that's about another 15 or so.

I've had no training except in high school was in Drama and had to read oodles of plays and was in many of them also. What's really fun is getting a bunch of friends together, breaking out some wine and having everyone take a character.

Stephanie,

If you get the Final Draft software, it will put your script into the proper format and it highlights misspelled words.

The book on screenwriting that I love is David Trottier's "The Screenwriter's Bible".

My first script was hideously wordy. My second one has been doing well in contests, and came in 9th in the top fifty in the Red Inkworks contest recently.

My best advice is, try for interesting characters, a unique idea, and great dialogue.

Best of luck!

Girls, girls!

Stephanie is just beginning the journey--once she's written one script, she'll know the format. I remember when I started WITHOUT a program, and trying to get those margins correct was a hassle in Appleworks. It just takes away a bit of the work so you can concentrate on the script itself. I still think it would be a hassle if I had to do it without Final Draft.

So anyway, Stephanie, I didn't mean to say RELY on the program, but it just gets things moving along a little faster when you're new at it.

Yes, it is show, don't tell. But memorable lines are a plus! Dialogue is one third of the movie. Who would ever watch a movie that was just "showing"? A silent movie? We are people, and we talk. Our dialogue should be natural and believable. When we do talk, it should be be something unique. Truly, a movie is both showing and telling. Think memorable lines, and then make yours memorable.! Blessings to you all!

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 06/29/05 02:53 AM

All I can say is, I try to show instead of tell--but when I have to do dialogue, I try to make it killer. A writer will know when it is killer. Cause it hasn't been done before and is just cool. In the RedInkworks this last time, Larry Myles said I had "memorable lines"--and I will strive to keep it that way!

Topic: Memorable dialog

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 06/29/05 02:59 AM

I have two girts, two years apart, like twins. They do the greatest impressions and lines from movies. Their favorite is from Dirty Dancing--"Never put Baby in the corner"--and I guess that has been a great line since the movie, but I never did watch it. They've got great lines from all kinds of movies, so if you think dialogue doesn't matter, think again.

John,

I meant the Radmin Co's Filmaker contest-- I asked because your name seemed familiar, seemed like I'd seen it on a list somewhere.

I agree with Ron. Keep plugging away at it. Each time my script came back and didn't advance, I'd brush it up again. It's been doing much better (although I, too, didn't make QF in the Nicholl). I've also noticed how a script will place high in some contests and not do anything in others. I think some look at marketability more and others look at the writing itself, but both are important. Minimal locations in a script is a plus--it costs money to break down the equipment and move everything.

That's my 2 cents for now.

Hi Ben,

First of all, thanks for Final Draft! I love it. and recommend it--it was a great help to me when I was first starting out, before I'd gotton the hang of the format.

Personally, I'd rather hear "it's just not what we're looking for right now" but then, if it's really a crappy screenplay, how's the writer to know? Maybe you could suggest David Trottier's "Screenwriter's Bible" or some other good tools?

Unless someone asks and pays for feedback, you don't owe them anything, as I see it. Maybe start there? When I don't make the round, I just read it over again and do a fine tooth comb thing.

Topic: WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 08/06/05 03:04 AM

I've decided it is a waste of my time to pursue even the leads I get on Inktip--hey, my scripts are on there, and they'll find me. I know that may sound presumpsuous, but, I think it's true. I don't want to hound someone. If my work is good, it will all come about.

Another thing is, I think if you know someone in the business, you could hit gold. And I think that's why we're getting such CRUMMY MOVIES! I don't know what you guys thought about Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's first movie "Good Will Hunting" but I thought it was terrible. Am I missing something?

By the same token, "This Boy's LIfe" (a true story) was great! If you haven't seen it, do. I could hardly wait to see "National Treasure"--Nicholas Cage! Yeah! And a wonderful mystery! Well the dialogue sucked so much, even he couldn't pull it off.

Well, that's my 2 cents for this topic.

Topic: InkTip.com

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 08/09/05 06:40 PM

Hi friends,

I guess it depends on how much money you want to spend getting your stuff out there. At least it's out there. If you don't get picked up by anyone, it's still out there. If they only go so far to read your logline, you need to write a better one to pique their interest. Ditto for the synopsis--so they'll go for reading the script.

Producers and agents are looking at the list all the time. I haven't checked WHAT is getting optioned, but I know there have been quite a few. According to Jerrol, 20 scripts have been produced in two years because of being listed on Inktip, and on an average, 3 scripts get optioned and one writer gains representation each week. (That could be the other way around--I don't remember).

I think it's worth the money. It's only less than $7.00 a month to be listed. That's less than sending out your script just to have it fall into a black hole.

You've probably noticed on some screenwriting contests there are also calls for films. This last Woods Hole Festival, they were looking for short fillers to show at the festival.

I am into making films as well. I made our high school dance drill team video a couple of years ago. It was fun, but was a long process from raw footage to editing, adding music, etc.

I've always tried to get mine into one short sentence. Hit 'em hard with the whole gist. I agree with Terri, leave out alot of the adjectives--then if it doesn't sound like, "pow", keep working at it. You'll get it, if you are a serious writer.

If you have a good logline, and if they don't look any further, it's because they are not looking for that kind of script--so don't get discouraged! A true writer will go back forever and change things, but to his own satisfaction--I mean, artists want it their way, but when there are bucks involved, I might give in. Just my point of view.

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 10/08/05 01:09 AM

Hi all,

I've seen on some sites that run contests that some proco or other requested the top three scripts, etc. Maybe they don't get made into movies, but at least one might pick up an agent. Unless you can get an agent, you can't get to the producer, and unless you have had a movie made, you can't get an agent. At least a contest might draw some attention to get read by someone with some clout.

Read Inktip's success stories. I'm on the site, and I have a huge list of companies or agents who have read my loglines, but no real bites yet. I probably need to make them more interesting.

I would also suggest that the fewer locations one has and the least amount of characters, the more the script will be attractive, since it means the company will save money.

But anyway, I do like to enter contests. I look at Moviebytes list first, though, and only enter ones that have 3 or 4 stars for significance. professionalism, and feedback.

Randy,

I'm with you. I really didn't want to say anything about this, but I am a dream interpreter--So cute! My favorite is the cat seeing himself as a lion in the mirror!

The other day I decided to just forget about the garbage on that site I was complaining about to you guys. That night I had a dream that I was playing football! I thought, whoah, I've been watching too much football! (I had watched the Pasco game twice on CD--once with Shorty, then he went to bed and Will came home and HE wanted to watch it also, so I sat through it again just to be with my son for awhile--) Then I had the dream. I was in like a locker room and was on a team. Everyone was faceless--meaning, I wasn't really a Crimson Bear, but I was on some team. My jersey was under two other shirts, and I was trying to figure out how to get it to the top layer without taking all the shirts off. Meaning, I wanted to be known without having to go through all the layers of myself. But my jersey was light blue (heavenly things, in bible lingo) and my numbers were white (purity)--so-- I am on the heavenly team! Just God's way of letting me know all's going to be fine! Ain't that just COOL?? I never did find out what my number was--but I guess that doesn't matter. It would have been kind of neat to know if I was offense or defense--but God didn't think it was important, so I guess it isn't. Well, I guess I'm neither, cause He's going to fight the battle for me, and that was the whole point of the dream.

Hi everyone,

I had a dream the other night that came out of nowhere. I woke up at about 2:30 am with The Yellow Rose of Texas on my mind. I decided to look it up on line, and found some very interesting information. It is about the 1865 Mexican/American war. Now, I do not write historicals, but for those of you who do, this could be great fodder.

The yellow rose was a mulatto girl who came from Jamaica, I think, an indentured servant . She was a heroine, because (being very beautiful as well as accomodating and quick witted) she detained the Mexican official in a tent, which let the American army win that war.

Look it up, do a google search on the yellow rose of texas. It is very absorbing.

I looked it up and printed it out--I sort of want to write it myself, but if someone out there wants to, please go ahead. If no one is interested, I think it must be my job, since I had the dream. But I don't do historical things. However, I think it is a great idea!

Ha ha.

This has been done-- Clint Eastwood in Alcatraz and The Shawshank Redemption. Is this a story that has elements of the struggle to actually make an escape, or does it actually start when the protagonist is on his way home? Then what? Is it about how he changes his looks to re-enter society? After he gets home, others who knew him before will surely recognize him unless he changes himself radically. Does he get new identification via people who have died? This could be good, but there needs to be another bigger hook, like I think Terri mentioned. Maybe he could be --aha!--he was put into prison by someone who framed him; and he comes back, (with hemerrhoids and all) makes a new identity, becomes a great person in the town, then prosecutes the person who put him in prison in the first place. The Count of Monte Cristo, with a modern twist. Whaddaya think?

Did you do a script report card check on them before you entered? I know there are alot of contests out there that serve themselves (entry fees=money) instead of writers. I only go with the ones who have 3-star ratings in most categories (professionalism, feedback, significance, etc).

I was disappointed that one contest I entered, they posted the first round, and when they posted the second round, there were two scripts by the same person that made it into the second round that weren't even in the first round. It could have been something that was overlooked, an honest mistake--but it seemed pretty fishy. I can see ONE script an honest mistake, but TWO by the same author?

Be sure to keep us posted as to the final outcome! And be sure to post your experience in the report card section.

You mentioned something a few posts back about getting a Mac. I swear by them. My kids decided they wanted PCs, so I let them since they were paying for them themselves--well, PCs pick up viruses like crazy when you are surfing the net. Yes, you can get spyware and McAfee virus cleaner things, but my son picked something up and it destroyed his whole system. I have never had to get any virus detector, and my ISP cleans email when they detect anything, so I'm safe, for now.

Anyhow, Macs are friendly--so much easier to get started and all. I'm sure others here have their own opinions. That's just my 2 cents.

Topic: Anybody entering AAA??

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 12/14/05 03:25 AM

I entered two of mine, different genres, if that makes any difference. Sometimes it does--like with Page International and some other ones, they put you in a slot with your own kind. I sort of like that--. Then I always think about what Terri said--those inept first readers. And wonder. And I wonder about "conncections". Ya know, Good Will Hunting was up for academy awards and also made the two boys "stars". I think they're pretty good actors, but that movie sucked. The dialogue was okay, but it was talking heads alot. The other night it was on (just by chance) and I switched over to it just to take another look (I had watched it sometime previous, when it had come out, but I've learned alot about the craft since I'd seen it--just wanted to see what was so great)--it was awful. The part that was on, was, Affleck was telling a joke at the diner. That joke went on for, I swear, it must have been two f***ing pages! It was supposed to look natural, but everyone looked like they were forced laughing. Then Minnie Driver responded with her own joke, which was so gross and ugly. I thought it was pitiful. Well, I changed the channel, so I can't tell you if anything was good about it or not--and I don't remember anything striking about it when I first watched it. My gist of it was--a guy who has anger problems but is way smart tries to find himself. Big f--ing deal. Maybe someone here can redeem the movie for me? What pissed me off was that we are always striving to not have talking heads, only have three lines at the most, only one scene to a page, etc etc. and here's one up for an academy award. Well, just shit! I'm f--ing pissed!

Connie

P.S, I had a bad day? Actually, I sewed 12 poinsettas to hair spandy things for the show that will be this weekend. My daughter is a dancer--and has a solo on toe, so my life isn't down the drain yet. However, I did come home and have a toddy and started thinking about these guys who wrote a really bad movie and got it made and became stars. That pisses me off. It should be you. It should be someone who has tried hard and long, not these young guys who can't even tell a joke in two lines, like we are forced to put our movies into one sentence.

Okay, I wait for the hate mail! Ouch!

Topic: Anybody entering AAA??

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 12/16/05 04:02 AM

Okay, I guess each to his/her own as far as Good Will Hunting. Does "This Boy's Life" do anything for anyone? Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Barkin and Robert DeNiro. DeNiro was fabulous--they all were! And it was a true story, to boot. Now there are some real obstacles in that boy's life as well as the rest of the family.

I agree with both Terri and Patrick, Troy and Doug--basically everyone's views that are here. Fastest way is connections, a way to get noticed is winning. But that's sorta lame, cause remember those first dumb-dumb readers---. If you can just get past them!

Think BLOCKBUSTER, guys! What's a blockbuster? Indiana Jones, 007, Star Wars. Think of a guy or gal, make them unique! Take bits and pieces from people you know or people you've heard of. Write for a star that you love, one that you imagine will be in the script (but never say it!) Of course, now we have winning scripts pro, so you can say who you imagine could be in your script. I think that's awesome!

Could I just ask one other thing? I wanta know what you guys do when you are waiting--I mean, WAITING--like every day, to hear who made it. Do you go for a walk, call people to tell them that you're waiting, pray, play games, search around the internet, whatever. I do all of that! You probably do too. Funny. And it is a passion. I find that I wonder what I will write next; in fact, I worry if I don't have something in the cooker.

On the next post, could we sort of get organized, I want to have a list for who's on this board, who writes this and who writes that. I just want to get to know everyone better. If that is uncomfortable, okay. So someone--oh, well, maybe it's me! --will start that. Just say like two dramas, one action. Or one comedy, one drama.

Okay-- I'm going first. I've written two dramas, but both have an element of romance in them. The latest one was actually an old script but it turned into an action/adventure and I am pleased with it. And of course, the "new" script also has an element of romance in it, too.

So-- anyone else? I'm sure you want to talk about your script!

Sorry-- all my stuff was strange. Take a look at his place. Who is "Estella Ransom"??? Even if it's true, there should have been two other's. Friend--I am writing to this man. Sorry it is so long. It took me about 2 days.

"Dear Friend:

Nothing happen for so long. Everyone was very upset. You had told us it was going to be 11-15-07. When it came and nothing happened for a week, everyone was really upset. Mad, too. They thought you were a bad man.

Well, I wrote the man who owns “MovieBytes”, Frederick Mensch. I asked him if he new you. He did not really no you, but Ryan Yerrick had told Frederick a bunch of things about “Lighthouse”, and everyone had read it. It was a great thing Ryan told about it, so many wanted to send their screenplays in to it -- and they did.

However, as I said, everyone was very upset when you never told us a damned thing. So was I. So I decided to put everything I had about you, Ryan and “Lighthouse” to my great attorney that I talk to and always ask about.

I wanted to ask him if I should (and could) get my money ($135.00) back from “Lighthouse” as things they had promisted did not happen.

After I had put a bunch of things together, you sent me a very very short note. I could hardly believe that you wrote! You told me that your had changed things on you “Lighthouse”. I went there, but it was not open. I waited for awhile, and turned it on again. It opened. On it, you wrote that “Estella Ransom” was the winner. That is ALL you said. I couldn’t believe THAT it was ALL you said.

I asked every other writers if you had written to them as you had written to me. You had not. Strange.

Don’t you understand what you are supposed to do? You should have made a great note for every person that had sent you their screenplays, so they would no what was going on. But you had not wrote to them. Only me. Why?

After all that crazy thing happened, I went onto the “Google” and put on the person’s name, “Estella Ransom”. There was only one name that came up. ONE. The person who has that name was a person who was 13 years, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Wm Ransom and she Died on March 29, 1881. So what do you think right now? Are you going to put the girl up so we can right to her? Ask her something? Tell her “Congratulations”?

Sorry -- but I think you should give everybody this girl’s place that she lives or her number to call her to make things true. You also need to tell us the other two people who won.

If you will not do that, you had better send them their money that they had sent you for their screenplays. I’m not kidding.

If you do not do this, don’t believe that anyone will ever want to send you their screenplays and also will never send you one god damn sent."

Jay,

Thanks so much, sweetheart!!

Topic: Any advice on finding Final Draft cheap

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 12/18/07 09:05 PM

Hi Lou--

Well, I don't remember how much I payed -- sorry! But I'll just tell you how much I LOVE it. I had written 3 of my screenplays and about month later, I fell out of my new house and was almost dead. Two years later, here I am. It was so so so bad all that time. I used to always cry and wish I could kill myself. I'm better now, though. But I still have to write something and listen I can turn it on (on the Final Draft) and listen to see if I wrote it right. God--this is so bad, but I would really kill myself if I did not have something that could help me like the FD does.

Hope you can get yours! It's so great.

Connie Tonsgard

Gene,

Thanks so so so much!!

I was with the Lord and did everything for him all day and years for him. But when this happened to me and I was just so so so bad in mornings and night 2 years ago, I told the Lord that I hated him and wished he would have died as I did. Sorry. I still don't believe him, but I love the nice people like you and others.

Anyway, does anyone no who is "Estella Ransom"?? I don’t. Usually when someone wins, everyone nos who it is. Rich Owens told me that no one should be told WHO she is. Strange. All of us don’t care if our friends no that we won.

Gene, I am not stupid. I have found out several different things for my husband -- and he said if I had not found it, he would not have found it like I did -- and got the money he needed.

Anyway, Rich said he was sick. But I’m sure he had some people that could tell us what we wanted to no --it was supposed to be on 11-15-07. You no that.

If it was me, I would have told someone else to tell the people and pay them. Everyone also tells us how many people wrote their screenplays and sent them to him -- did he get 300 screenplays? 1000 screenplays? Only 50? Don’t YOU want to no that? Why won’t he tell us that?

Later -- Connie

Hi Friends--

I also wanted to tell you what the man said to me. Here it is:

"Connie,

I have written you that it will be up by January. I don't know what you want. Your English is very poor and your emails are very hard to read, and I can barely understand what you are saying or asking. This is like the tenth email you have sent me, and I have answered them again and again. I will not answer anymore. Thank you."

Well, that's all.

Well he has everyone on. (not me!!) But it's been a long long time. He did not say how many people he even got. For some reason, I could not send the whole thing--only the first one, to "The Oxford" by Dawson Lee Williams. The first one is the First Place "Smilers" by Mike McGeever. Is he here?

I wished I new how many and he should have the "Semi" first. Because I paid $135.00 and I sent 3 of mine. It really makes me mad. I will never never never enter his thing.

I'm happy for the ones who won!

Hi Terry,

2 years ago it was Christmas almost. We got a few things that night and had a few drinks. I was not drunk, but my husband went asleep. I was going out a long bunch to get the 3 dogs I have so they could watch "Fluke" as I tought they would love it. I love it! It is so sweet.

Well I did not turn on the light for my long place because I didn’t want my husband to work up as he was going to work up the next day. Well, I fell down. I must have hit my head and did not no it because I just stayed there.

Later my husband found me and just thought I was drunk. After awhile he took me to the doctor because I would not get up. They told him they could not get me better and I was going to die and they couldn’t do anything. He cried alot. Well, the Lord must have made them do something as all of a sudden, someone came and got me. Then we had to take a long airline to go down to WA, as we live in Alaska. Well, I wasn’t dead. But it has been so so so bad. God it has been so bad!! I wanted to be died. Anyway, it took so long so I can at lease not cry and want to kill myself.

Well, sorry I told you so so much.

Thanks for telling me about the things Howard Allen did do. He told me they were not down yet--. It looked like it was but I don’t no! I still can’t read right.

Thanks anyway, Friend!

I have a great attorney. He has done a bunch of things for me. He helped me get my $2,000.00 back. Anyway, I still don't no who are the other guys than were the next winners. I wonder how much money the man got in the beginning when people had sent they screenplays and money. It bothers me because I fell out of my new house and have been so so so bad for 2 years. But it just makes me so mad if he is just lying. If so, I want my money back.

Hi Randy --

You are very very sweet.

I remember I was on this place -- not a bunch, though. The only thing is, there just is not anything I no about. All of you are very smart -- much more than I am. I don't care about anything. All I want is someone to like my screenplays and then want to make a movie about mine.

For quite awhile I did not even no that I was a screenplay person. But I still could not read anything. My husband would read to me. Everything I asked him to. He has been very sweet to me.

For so many times, I wanted to kill myself or just jump into the water where it is a great place by our beautiful new house. Now I don't need to do that. Sometimes I cry very much-- just because I wish I can talk and right about I used to. Maybe later. Better than I first was!

But I have a ''Final Draft'' and I have to go to the right where I find the ''speech control'' so I can read everything and also right better also. Strange, Huh?

I just want to tell you all something-- just to show everyone that I am was not stupid. God, I hate being stupid. Here are a few things. If I already told you that, sorry.

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 04/03/08 09:05 PM

Thanks so much Friends! Terry, I did not no that is what I would find. I thought it was something really bad that maybe I had done something.

I have been working on a note that the TWP wants from me. (It took me ALL day to write it!) He may not want all of this that I wrote, but here it is...

<
I found a treasure of musty books in the old farmhouse attic. One of them was from Anchorage, Alaska. I wondered where the heck that was. The other one was one of which was a literature book full of poetry. I was impressed by some of them so much, I memorized many of them.

I became older. I was a dancer and found the place I read about when I was only eight years old. I lived in Alaska the rest of my life.

I was a nurses aide, dancer, animal shelter, a bookeeper, bankbook worker, accounting, manager, assistant, santation business, president, truck driver, and a 10 wheel dump truck driver, for hauling rock, dirt, sand or scrap metal.

I had six kids and I was an excellent for two years in University of Alaska -- that's just a bit.

When something was not right or other people were not nice to me, and I could not understand it, I became the little girl I used to be. Sometimes I would cry. Then I would think about it for a long time. But then it helped me right my poetry.>>

Thanks again, Friends!! You people are sweet!

Connie

OOPs -- I did not put the first on -- which is this: -----

When I was eight years old, my family moved from a major city in the Pacific Northwest to a farmhouse 23 miles from the nearest town. We had no television or radio, so I became an avid reader of anything I could get my hands on.

Randy,

You are very sweet for me. I'm glad you are for the Lord. When this happened to me, I had a couple of drinks, but I was not drunk. But when I finally got awake, still alive, I kept asking the Lord why I can't do a dammed thing now. I was such a great person, writing just talking, every dammed thing.

But for two years he had not helped me do a dammed thing. Because he had not, I told him I hated him as he could have done so many things for me. If I was the Lord, I would do great things for anybody. I told him I would be better than him. And I have done everything for my own self. ME.

Well, sorry I told you a bunch of strange stuff. Love Ya, Randy!

Hey, Baby -- I would reade yours! But SI can't read it myself -- I have to put it into my Final Draft 7 to the Tools and go to "Speech Control" -- God,it is so so so bad and takes so long to do.

You should go to the TWP, to the poetry that is on their place. It does not cost so much if you want to send them 6 poetry. You should do that, Friend! Things can go to it NOW! I'm going to send a few more.

You can send a couple to me -- I'm at akaconsuelo@acsalaska.net -- It is great if you like to write poetry!

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 04/15/08 01:52 AM

Well Friends, I want to tell you what happened to me.

I sent my 3 screenplays in July 15 2007. I paid $120.00. The Manager was Anna Siri, She was great on notes to me. Also, the man who was over everyone, was James Cirile,

All was fine.

Well, at Aug.7, 2007, There were 1,200 entries. Great.

A month later, the AAA had the Quarterfinalists. I looked. There were a lot of people in it. Maybe over 115. Well I could not believe that even one of mine did not get on the Quarter.

I just said a few things -- I told them that I could not believe that someone really read my screenplays.

I told them that if they did not read my screenplays, they should give my money back to me, and that I have the greatest attorney in Alaska. They did not tell me much-- just ''sorry''.

Well, I still kept thinking about it. Finally, I got everything together etc etc -- and sent everything to a BBB - people who would go there and find out the truth. They went there, but no one would talk to them. So they put everything on their BBB notes.

Bill Donovan was upset. He said I was just very mad because I did not win. That is not true at all. I just still do not believe that they even read my screenplays and if not, they should give me my money back.

I do not need any money as I have more money than anyone in Alaska does. I just hate people who are lying. And I feel like they are lying. I would never never never send my screenplays ever again to AAA. Hope someone else understands me.

Well, that's it, Friends. I'm glad you are all sweet to me.

Kyle,

Did you not realize that the two people who were there when I started the screenplay are not even working there? They have been there for many years-- maybe ten years. That's strange. For some reason the two people left AAA, even before they made the Quarter.

Mister, you said a stupid thing about me. What I think is that you should go to a BABY place and talk to THEM -- don't talk to US. Jean Hunter has made many winnings. But she said a nice thing about me. You'd better listen to HER.

Have your <> anywhere else, Mister.

FRIEND,

I did not say the same thing you said. I just do not believe the people read my screenplays. The two people were not even on AAA when I storted. I did not say anything that says I am mad because I did not WIN. If the people who read these screenplays, they should say ANYTHING if someone asked them something.

Like bad. terrible, stupid, you don't right very well, etc etc. Don't you understand that, Friend??? I do not need money. I have more money than anyone in Alaska. It just pisses me off when people lie. I hate that really bad. LYING.

Do you love to lie??? Ha Ha Ha

Topic: AAA/Creative Screenwriting Comp

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 04/17/08 02:02 AM

Kyle,

The reason I said I had more money in Alaska, is that people will no that I don't need to win because I need that money as the winner.

All I wanted to no, is, yes or no, did the people really read my screenplays. If they did not read them, I wanted my money back.

Not because I NEED the money, but it just would be right for them to give my money back. That's a terrible thing for them to take money when they were lying and did not read it when they said they did. GET IT, Mr?

Anyone can go to the website that I made for my job --

I hope everyone looks because I used to drive on the big red 10 wheel dump. My name is also on the side. My husband used to call me "Angel". He still tells me that.

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 05/03/08 07:48 PM

DID ANYONE SEND THEIR SCREENPLAYS TO THIS ON? AFTER I SENT MINE, I FOUND OUT WHAT ALOT OF PEOPLE SAID -- THAT IT WAS A BAD PLACE TO SEND YOUR STUFF.

IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO SAY ANYTHING-- SO I'M JUST SENDING IT WHAT I ALREADY DID.

THIS IS WHAT I SAID:

***************** Hello Friend -- I wanted to send my three screenplays to the ''On the Storm Screenplay''. I saw that one could put it on the ''Withoutabox'' or send it to their address. So I wanted to send mine to the address, and I had already got them ready, so I sent a note to Jim Cirile.

I don't remember exactly what I had told him. I think I may have told him that 2 years ago I fell off my house and almost died. It has taken so so so bad in the 2 years. It was so bad, I wanted to kill myself. I had 8 doctors and they had taken my left head to keep me alive. It was very terrible for me. There are many things I did not no. I felt like a baby.

After a while, I found out I had been a screenwriter. Since then, I have sent my three screenplays to several things. I have done very good.

So I am wondering why Jim Cirile told me not to send mine. Did he think I am stupid? I have no idea. However, I did send my three screenplays from ''Withoutabox''. I have been with that thing for many years.

So please just tell me if you have received my three screenplays. I paid $125.40 on 4-26-08. The three are ''The Raven's Treasure'', ''A Death in Concord'' and ''The Nutcracker''.

I will be waiting for you to tell that you received it. If you do not want it or whatever, please send me my money back. So - DID YOU GET IT?????

HOPE SOMEONE TELLS ME << SOMETHING >>

Topic: ON THE STORM SCREENPLAY

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 05/09/08 02:45 PM

Friends- You are right, Paula --

But it was more than that. The first time, I was just going to send my stuff. You could send it to the "Withoutabox" -- but mine were already ready to go and I wrote a note to ask him his address. When he answered, he told me to not get on it. I could hardly believe that. I asked him WHY? But he never answered me. I thought about it for 2 days. So I just sent my three to the Withoutabox. I thought my first note made me look like I was stupid or something. So I thought if I sent them to the Withoutabox, he would think I wasnt as stupid that I looked at first. I sent him a little note to let me now to make sure they got my three. That's whe he answered me that. Well. So now I no that my stupid person is not the problem.

Two months ago, I have noticed that several places did not really read my screenplays. I wanted them to tell someone that they were true or did they lye? I send three of the places to the BBB people. You no who they are dont you? Anyway, one man was really mad at me when he had to talk to BBB. He was very upset. But I wanted to no the truth! Did they read it or not? Also, other people had said that the readers said one or two things to them. The readers did not say anything to me. So the BBB would tell me what is right or not. So I wanted to no if they were true or not.

Ok-- after all that, I no that Jim Cirile must have talked to the person that is really upset about what I did with BBB. That is why he told me all that. Well I'm glad I'm getting back my money.

I hope I could tell you this right, my Friends.

By the way, that one person who was mad at me because I went to BBB, I sent him a note -- quite a long. He did not answer. He told everyone that I was upset because I did not WIN. That is not true at all. I wanted to no if they actually read my stuff. There is nothing bad about that, Friend. He could have just told me a bit. But NO.

Well at least they will be better for anyone who enters there screenplay contests.

Hello Friends --

I no Jim Cirile reads these notes that we right together. He may right something to you people -- but I do not really think he will because you are my friends and have said very nice and sweet things for me.

I am sure the problem he has is because I went to the BBB. I do not turn everyone on to BBB. I told them about Lighouse, Gothams , and Creative Screen.

My husband is the one who told me to right to the BBB-s. I do not feel like I am the only one who feels like their screenplays are not read.

If I was a person who had a Screenplay Contest, I would right to each screenplay person and tell each one there problem, what they need to do, they were great, etc etc etc.

Well, I hope this will be over.

This is what I said.

<< Clea,

I see that you people have started at least in 2000. I looked at all the notes that were righten on the "contest report card". There was even one from YOU as a screenplay person.

However, every "contests" always put the year on a note, then the Quarter, next the Semi, then finally is the winner. EVERYONE shows them all. Why don't you do it?

You people should have 7 different years, that have the three parts (one month the quarter, the next month the semi, then the last time, the winner.)

You don't show them. Why not? Everyone wants to see what you have done. >>

Author: Connie Tonsgard Posted: 07/04/08 04:50 PM

Thanks Friends -- I am so happy that I even got on, as I sent all three to them. One of mine is written about a sort of place right close to them.

Well, it is funny because when I first looked on their place, they only showed the first one that won. So here is what I said to him: <<

Hey.

Is that IT??? I went to your place. All you put there is: ___________ Announcing Screenplay Competition Winner SWEET MARY JANE by Jennifer Harrison ___________

Did not say a damed thing. Why not? Don't you think you should have told us a little bit about this girl's screenplay? What she wrote, what it sounds like?

How many screenplays did you get? 20, 70. 100. 200, or 300???

If there are 100, you should have put up maybe 50 would be "Quarter" and maybe 2 weeks later you would put "Semi" maybe three screenplays -- Then a week later you will say who is the winner.

You also need to tell everyone at "MovieBytes" so everyone can see it. If you did that, you would have more people try to be your winner person.

Does Jennifer Harrison live close to you people? If so, that is also terrible. I sent and payed for three of my screenplays. It has been six months of me WAITING, WONDERING, ETC.

You really should tell everyone who sent you their screenplays. This is so bad for you. You may never have anyone to send you their screenplays. I will tell everyone what I found (NOTHING FROM YOU PEOPLE). YOU SHOULD REALLY TAKE YOUR STUFF OFF FROM "MOVIEBYTES" AND ALSO OFF FROM "WITHOUTABOX". >>

Well, I did say that. Sorry, but I was very unseat two days ago. But I've told them "OOPS -- sorry"

OF COURSE I WANTED PEOPLE TO READ THEM -- BUT I WANTED TO BE IN THE COMPETITION. YOU SENT ME SOMETHING PEOPLE HAD READ IN MINE -- AND OF COURSE I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT. BUT WAS THAT IT??? OR DID YOU THINK MY SCREENPLAYS ARE TERRIBLE?

IF I PAYED JUST FOR SOMEONE TO READ IT AND TELL ME SOMETHING, THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO PAY FOR.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

PLEASE LET ME NO ABOUT THIS STUFF. I DID NOT PAY FOR JUST THE PEOPLE READING AND TELLING ME WHAT THEY THINK. MANY PEOPLE THINK DIFFERENTLY. SOME LIKE, SOME NO NOT. I WANTED MINE TO BE "IN".>>

THEN HE SAID THIS:

<< Connie,

All three of your entries were considered, and did not make the cut. Everyone who enters BlueCat, whether they receive their analysis early or not, is eligible for the competition.

We have had previous correspondences of this tone with you and it's really unnecessary. If you cannot interface with BlueCat in a more diplomatic, restrained manner, I would ask you not to submit in the future.

To be clear: NO MORE EMAILS IN ALL CAPS.

Best of luck in the future,

Gordy Hoffman>>

AND I SAID THIS:

<
I just want to tell you that the reason I don't read things very well is because I fell off my new house two years ago and died for a bit. They took part of my head and when I woke up, I could not read, talk, write, etc etc. I did not even no I was a screenplay person. I wanted to kill myself as everything was so bad.

You really did not need to say such strange things to me like you must think I am stupid. Well I'm not stupid, mister.

Don't worry -- I will never think about you ever ever ever again. You are not here at this EARTH. I did not take your note ''best of luck'' -- It is back at YOU.>>

SORRY, FRIENDS -- BUT I THINK I HATE HIM. HA HA.

YOUR FRIEND, CONNIE

GEOFF--

I SEE THAT YOUR SCREENPLAY GOT ON THAT. I AM GLAD FOR YOU AND THE OTHERS I HAVE SEEN WHO ALSO GOT ON. YOU HAVE GOT SO MANY WINNINGS OF YOUR SCREENPLAY. WOW.

I HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET FOR TWO DAYS. BUT WHEN HE FINALLY TOLD ME THE STUFF HE SAID TO ME, I WAS MAD AT HIM AND HATED HIM. I USUALLY NEVER HATE PEOPLE.

I HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET FOR TWO DAYS. BUT WHEN HE FINALLY TOLD ME THE STUFF HE SAID TO ME, I WAS MAD AT HIM AND HATED HIM. I USUALLY NEVER HATE PEOPLE.

BUT I DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THIS STUFF. THE LORD AND I HAVE EACH OTHER. I NO THAT MAN DOES NOT HAVE THE LORD. TOO BAD FOR HIM.

SORRY, FRIEND -- BUT IT DID SOUND TERRIBLE TO ME. I DID NOT KEEP RIGHTING TO HIM -- I WROTE THE FIRST AND HE DID NOT ANSWER ME SO I WROTE AGAIN. THAT WAS IT, BUT HE SAID I WROTE SO MANY TIMES. THAT IS A LYE. AND WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES HE MEAN BY "TONES"?? I HAD NO IDEA HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.

EVERYONE ELSE, PLEASE DON'T SAY ANYTHING MORE ABOUT THIS STUFF. BECAUSE I AM HAPPY FOR ALL OF YOU -- AND I DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT WAS MY PROBLEM. NO PROBLEM FOR ME. THE REASON I AM FINE NOW IS BECAUSE THE LORD TOLD ME THAT I AM MUCH BETTER THAN THAT MAN.

Well Paula, you are pretty smart! I loved you to tell me that.

I hope Dean can see this thing I am showing, because this happen to me.

http://www.ted.com/talks/view/id/229

So Dean told me to stop being a little baby, but I am like that. Sorry I can't help it so much. But Friends, I am not going to come back anymore. I don't care if I am like a little baby as I saw things so differently when I was a smart person.

Also, when this first happened to me, I did not want To be a person. Very strange, because I would have rather been a bird, a cat, a dog, a fish, or maybe a fluke. Anything was better than people.

So, Goodbye Goodbye. Many of you have been very sweet to me.

Hi Friend --

I am way up in Alaska, and I would never go to those things, just because it is so far away from me. At this one, before they even put all the many Finalists.

I was very upset about my little girl and just could not talk. I asked her if she just wanted to talk to me about going down there. She said no, she just wanted to talk to me about one of my screenplays. She asked me if I could talk about it or should she talk the next day - I said ''fine''.

I don't no if she called again as sometimes I just don't answer. So I have not talked to her again. But two of mine got into the Finalists.

We should all be interested in someone to make movies from our screenplays. That is all I care about. But those places would be fun and maybe it is a good place to talk to people who make movies.

Thanks so much, Jean --

I no that place is probably great and it is fun for all. My husband and I went done there in January to a different place, San Diego. We only went there as our boy graduated from the U.S. Marine Corp. Boot Camp. He was honored at a sharpshooter. We were all crying. All the young men with the "Charlie Company No.1043" were beautiful. I'm sure everyone was crying. If anyone wants to look at my boy, he is at -http://www.juneauempire.com/stories/020609/nei_385379367.shtml - I love that shirt and hat.

Hello Friends -- I have been busy working on videos -- I just want to show you one I think is so great. I wrote a screenplay of the guy that sings on this one. Hope you like it. It is about a girl who stole from me and says some terrible things about me and my beautiful girls. So I just made this one about her. Hope she feels terrible about it. That asshole girl. -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAq2QifLZ7k

Hello, Friends --

I am just wondering where they would be on Moviebytes -- It looks like they had been on, but are not now. Does anybody no about this? I entered 2 of my screenplays and they were both on the Finalists -- but I don't recall getting the last winner place. Anybody no??? I went to their one place and I couldn't find that out myself. This I am telling you, is that I sent my screenplays by 10-16-08 -- and they were finished and sent to me on 4-4-09.

Anyone of you even sent your screenplays???

Thanks -- Connie Tonsgard

ALL I WANTED TO SHOW YOU WAS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME -- NOTHING EXTRA IN THAT VIDEO FOR THAT TO GLENN BECK -- BUT YOU ARE ALL TELLING ONLY ABOUT THE STUFF TO GLENN -- AND LIKE I DON'T NO SOME STUFF AND DON'T HAVE THE LORD. WELL, FATHER USED TO TALK TO ME ALL THE TIME AND HE DIDN'T THIS TIME AND I WONDERED WHY. I FOUND OUT THAT HE DOESN'T NEED TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE WHEN I "DIED" HE CAME INTO ME.

AS FAR AS OBAMA, I NEW BEFORE HE EVEN WON IN JANUARY, HE WAS WITH THE DEVIL'S FRIEND. HE HAS LIED SO MUCH TO US AND TOOK SO MUCH MONEY. HE PAID ALOT OF PEOPLE TO HELP HIM WIN -- ESPECIALLY THOSE IN ACORN. I DO NOT CARE IF ANYONE IS WHITE, BLACK GREEN BLUE OR RED AS THE PRESIDENT. I JUST DO NOT WANT ONE WHO IS A LIAR AND TAKES EVERYONE'S MONEY. SINCE I FIRST SENT YOU MY VIDEO, WE HAVE ALREADY FOUND OUT MORE ABOUT HIM AND PEOPLE DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. THEY ALL TOLD US HE DID LIE AND THAT IS ALSO WHY HE HAS THE CZARS. DON'T YOU THINK THAT IS PRETTY STRANGE?

AHHH -- WHO CARES.. NO ONE.

HEY, EVIE -- I HAVE NEVER TAKEN CRYSTAL METH -- OR ANYTHING ELSE LIKE THAT.

YES, I ALMOST DIED. THE LORD WAS WAITING FOR ME, SO HE PUT HIMSELF INSIDE OF ME. THAT IS WHY HE DOES NOT TALK TO ME LIKE HE USED TO. HE IS INSIDE ME, AND HE DOESN'T NEED TO TELL ME STUFF. I NO THAT NO ONE UNDERSTANDS.

HAS ANYONE SEEN THE NEW MOVIE, "TEMPLE GRANDIN" ? WHEN I SAW THAT, SEVERAL TIMES I CRIED, AND EVEN MY HUSBAND CRIED, TOO -- AS IT REMINDED US OF HOW I FELT WHEN I CAME BACK AWAKE. I DID NOT WANT TO BE A PERSON -- I WANTED TO BE ANYTHING BUT A PERSON. A CAT, A DOG, A BEAR, A BIRD. IT MAKES ME BELIEVE THAT THE AUTISM PEOPLE ALREADY HAVE THE LORD, LIKE I DID.

IT STILL TAKES ME A LONG TIME TO WRITE ANYTHING. IT HAS BEEN 5 YEARS SINCE THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I'M GETTING WRITING BETTER. I WILL BE ABEL TO WRITE ANOTHER SCREENPLAY, MAYBE IN ANOTHER YEAR. THAT'S FINE, IF NO ONE CARES ABOUT ME. I HAVE THE BEST FRIEND, HIS MIND, HIS HEART.
