I asked for info about their delay (also asked them to send info to MovieBytes if they didn't want to answer me directly), but it seems they haven't responded. I thought it was a nice, polite email; no reason for them not to answer me. Maybe they're too busy, understaffed, or swamped to answer emails. Just wondering if anyone has had any contact with them.
