Connie, that's fantastic that you made the quarters cut in the Story Pros Awards comp with 3 scripts - 2 in Drama and 1 in Action.
You're on a blazing hot streak, girl! Go get 'em in the semis! :)

Thanks for telling me, Friend!
Im wondering how everything went for you, the last time you told me you were going --somewhere-- and they would tell you who was the winner. It was about a weak?? Did you have a good time (where ever it was--) I cant imagine going anywhere. I used to go to Greece, France, Mexico, England -- Etc Etc -- but I dont like to go anywhere. I hope I feel better soon. Id love to go somewhere.

Hey Connie! Yes, I went down to Houston for the Worldfest awards ceremony. Brought home a Gold Remi for my family script. It's a great festival and very nice people.
Nathan, were you able to get your Remi okay? :)

Hi Jean.
Yes, we got a Silver Remi. Thanks. Congratulations on the Gold.
This weekend, I'll be in Charleston, S.C. (where I was born) for the Charleston International Film Festival. Our screenplay is a finalist. The Langlais brothers are also finalists. I wonder if they are going?

Connie, great job!!
Jean and Nathan, congrats on your Worldfest prizes!
Nathan, we won't be heading out to Charleston unfortunately -- hope you have a great time, and best of luck! Let us know how it goes. Maybe we'll cross paths at the AFF this year.
And once again, I'm *powerful proud* of Geoff Breuder for making the quarters in StoryPros with THE ACE OF ACES. *Powerful proud.*

Thanks Mike!
Jean, I think MovieBytes is way over at Greece, or somewhere. He has not told us much about anything. He's been good about everything we can send out screenplays, though. Thanks sweet Frederick!

Connie, I believe Frederick (and Moviebytes) are based out of Illinois. Great site and I appreciate it very much! :)

Jean,
I hope I didnt make you think that I really believe they lived in Greece. I was trying to be funny. I would have been happy if he was really at Greece. I loved that place so so so much.
