Stinky Skates

I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m 68 years old now and retired 2 months ago. I’m a retired truck driver and had worked other occupations thru the years welder, gas plant operator, janitor, construction, heavy equipment operator, and on and off writer. I wrote a kids book “Stinky Skates with assistance of my wife who was a band teacher for 9 years and has been a special needs teacher now for 16 years. I also see a potential where Stinky Skates or any of the other characters from Stinky Skates could spawn off into a video game.

I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m 68 years old now and retired 2 months ago. I’m a retired truck driver and had worked other occupations thru the years welder, gas plant operator, janitor, construction, heavy equipment operator, and on and off writer. I wrote a kids book “Stinky Skates with assistance of my wife who was a band teacher for 9 years and has been a special needs teacher now for 16 years. I also see a potential where Stinky Skates or any of the other characters from Stinky Skates could spawn off into a video game. Where for instance a skate travels on a brick pathway through a jungle, on an island, desert, Great Wall of China, Grand Canyon, the Oceans from above or below, ice bergs, space and planets. They might even skate hitching a ride from a train or an airplane. You could have cherry trees at certain points to grab cherries for points so you could travel to other places. There could be a squirrel who throws lemons at the skate to slow them down along certain points, thus losing points and slowing the traveling down. There could be historical signs on the side of roads at each country or state to visit, if one chooses to learn from. I have other books in mind I’m working on, one on time travel for the old and young alike. Another book I’m thinking about will be another kid’s book called Band Dog. I just thought people might enjoy “Stinky Skates” as a theatrical play, a video, or a video game and finding a gratification and a renewal of themselves and the way we look at others.
