Objective

Our intention is to run an event that will be about encouraging Welsh independent film making and screenplay writing both in Welsh and English. Not only within Wales but also Internationally through working with Welsh expat film makers all over the world.Also we very much like to work with and encourage film makers and writers from the rest of the UK and internationally.

Rules

Entry Criteria
Productions must be independently produced, with the maker retaining complete editorial control and copyright. Productions must have been completed after January 1, 2009.

Categories
Welsh language, Celtic language/themed, short, documentary, feature film, international, animation, student film, music video, North American, South American, silent film, comedy.

Formats accepted for film
DVD region 1 and 2 ntsc/pal
Three copies of your film are required

script format
Pdf,word and final draft are acceptable formats

Rules and Regulations for Screenplay Entry
If a submission involves two or more writers as applicants, the award will be divided equally among them. Awards are based on overall merits of the screenplays. Entry fee is non-refundable. Entrants retain all rights to their screenplays. Screenplays must be original work. More than one entry may be submitted. Each must be submitted separately. Script materials will not be returned. The selection committees' and juries' decisions are final.

Cost of shipping to the festival is the responsibility of the entrant International entries should be sent by mail or air courier All entries should be clearly marked, on the outside of the package: NO COMMERCIAL VALUE — FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY
