The People's Pilot is a chance for writers who aren't yet on the "Go-to" list for television pilots to contribute to their work and themselves known to the medium they love by creating the kind of series they want to see, without worrying about the politics of television network and cable channel sales. THE PEOPLE’S PILOT is divided into 2 categories: One-Hour Scripted Series and Half-Hour Scripted Series. 2 sets of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize Winners are announced every year.

First Prize:
  • 2 weeks of Weekly Mentorship (by phone, e-mail, or, if possible, in person with producer-writer Larry Brody of TVWriter™ ($700 value)
  • Free admission to the TVWriter™ Advanced Online TV and Film Writing Workshop ($140 value)
  • US $275 from Manner Movie Ltd. of Hong Kong
  • 1 year of Gold Plan Spotlighted Screenplay Posting Service at ScreenwriterShowcase.Com ($84 value)
  • Inclusion in the TVWriter™ List of Recommended Writers (priceless)
