These notes will be highly tactical, meaning that it will be hard, direct recommendations you can use to improve your script immediately. It WON’T be fluffy, screenwriting philosophy. It will be tangible advice you can implement immediately.

This competition is designed to help you get your script in the best possible shape you can should you choose to use the notes option and if not to test your script in competition before you may be submitting to or to prepare you to be read by managers and agents.

WE BELIEVE that feedback from working writers in the entertainment industry can provide new writers with the most up to date information of how the business really works and the level their writing needs to reach for them to succeed.

Our readers are Writer’s Guild of America members who have pitched, sold and/or written television and features.

WE BELIEVE there is more to a competition than being judged, and that is why we created what we think is a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY in SCREENWRITING COMPETITIONS.

Regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or economic background, Page-Turner is focused on finding and supporting great original stories with a strong voice that grips the reader from the first page to the last.

Whether the story you tell is a genre film or an indie pic, a network procedural or an edgy cable drama, we want to find the most compelling, unique, page-turning scripts out there.

We are looking for scripts that we CAN’T put down.
