Women's Film & Script Showcase

CAPE (Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment) New Writers Awards

The 12th Annual CAPE New Writers Awards, sponsored by NBC Universal with the support of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, the Hawaii International Film Festival, and Final Draft, will officially begin accepting submissions on Monday, February 27, 2012. Submission categories include Features, Television Writing, and Hawaii. Writers interested in the Hawaii category must originally be from Hawaii, currently live in Hawaii, or set their original screenplay/teleplay in Hawaii.

Lillian & Varnum Paul Screenwriting Contest

The Armenian Dramatic Arts Alliance is pleased to announce the Lillian & Varnum Paul Screenwriting Contest. A $10,000 prize will be awarded in 2013 for a new screenplay based on Armenian themes. The award will be presented publicly at a special event. The award will be administered by the Armenian Dramatic Arts Alliance which has established a panel of noted theatre and film professionals to select the winning script.

Great Gay Screenplay Contest
