WriterBtyes.com is a web-based Service that allows its subscribers to create and update small websites, called ByteSites. Users receive space to post text, files, graphics and links to content that may reside on the WriterBytes servers or on the servers of third parties. The Service is available exclusively through the Internet, and all updates are posted through a web browser connected to the WriterBytes.com web site.

Your Obligations

Users of WriterBytes.com are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves on all registration forms. You will be issued a password, and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. WriterBytes.com will not run third-party advertising on subscriber ByteSites, but reserves the right to run small advertisements and promotions for the WriterBytes Service itself.

Because WriterBytes.com has no control over such sites, you acknowledge and agree that WriterBytes is not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites.

ByteSite Content

All content posted to WriterBytes.com is the sole responsibility and property of the author. WriterBytes.com claims no ownership or control over any content posted by its users. The author retains all applicable patent, trademark, and copyright to the content posted, and is responsible for protecting those rights.
