Recently competed in the Debra Hill 52 Hour Weekend Short Contest for the PGA. Had to write/film/edit a 5 minute short in 52 hours using their parameters. (Halloween setting, Theme: Escape, Props: knitting needle, cassette tape and a chess set knight. And this is the submission that I directed/co-wrote/co-produced: http://vimeo.com/29761230
Ground Zero , one of my short screenplays, won 3rd place from the Gimme Credit Screenplay Competition. Blood Drive reached the finals at StoryPros. The Signal has won both an Honorable Mention from the American Gem Short Screenplay contest and 2nd place from the L.A. Valley-Light Short Screenplay contest. 2 other shorts, Making Heroes and MateFinder EZ made it as far as the semi-finals in the Gimme Credit Screenplay Competition. And Making Heroes , as well as my 1 hour TV pilot, Jake in Flux , made the semi-finals of the PAGE International Screenwriting Competition.
