During the Great Depression the FBI’s head spiritualist recruits a young skeptical African American civilian and pairs her with a God-fearing good ol’ boy agent because the “all-knowing” spirits claim the duo will defeat the demon behind the rising Apocalypse if they can get along.

Author Bio:
Warren Lane is an award winning playwright and screenwriter. Much of his work is fueled by his stormy Southern Baptist upbringing which took place in the serene Arkansas Ozarks. Lane received an MFA in Playwriting from Boston University's Creative Writing Program where his play, The Devil's Teacup, was produced at Boston Playwrights' Theatre. He was later given the Paula Vogel Playwriting Award at the prestigious Kennedy Center for his work. In further pursuit of building his storytelling skills, Lane then attended the American Film Institute where he received an MFA in Screenwriting.
