Daughter of a middle-eastern oil billionaire, drugged and raped at a UCLA frat party, contacts a young L.A. surgeon to restore her virginity for her arranged marriage. Author Bio: I graduated from Berkeley with a degree in English.

My fiction has been published in Epoch (Cornell University), Prism International (University of British Columbia, Vancouver), Cimarron Review, Hobart, Word Riot, In Posse Review, Storyglossia, The Summerset Review, and others.

My first novella, "A Season of Turbulence" was published by Eclectica.

I was hired to write the film, "Murder in Fashion," which played at several festivals and theaters in 2010 and was reviewed in the NY Times and L.A. Times.

My short story, "The Spirit Upwelling,” was a winner of the Eric Hoffer Prose Competition from over two thousand entries, and appeared in the anthology, Best New Writing. It also won a fellowship to a writing seminar in St. Petersburg, Russia.

My screenplay, "The Dressmaker's Daughter," was a top ten finalist in the Bruce Geller Screenwriting Competition.

I wrote the screenplay for the biopic of tragic film noir actress Barbara Payton, now in development with producer Don Murphy (Transformers, Natural Born Killers)

My short story "Light Fingers" and the screenplay based on it are under option to director Brad Furman ("The Lincoln Lawyer")
