Author Bio: I graduated from Berkeley with a degree in English.

My writing has been published in Epoch, Gawker, The Guardian, McSweeney's, Prism International, Blunderbuss, Able Muse, Cimarron Review, Hobart, Word Riot, Fiction Attic Press, Storyglossia, The Furious Gazelle, and others.

My novella, "A Season of Turbulence" was published in print in The Conium Review.

I was hired to write the film, "Murder in Fashion," which played at several festivals and theaters in 2010.

My short story appeared in the anthology, Best New Writing 2011.

I adapted the acclaimed biography, "Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye: The Barbara Payton Story," by John O'Dowd. Producer Don Murphy is now casting in L.A.

My short story "Light Fingers" and the screenplay based on it were optioned by director Brad Furman ("The Lincoln Lawyer" and acquired by Sony in November 2014 for development as a series on The Sundance Channel. I will be a co-producer and co-writer on 12 episodes.
