Roger C. Hull Screenplay - DayTrippers Genre - Sci-Fi
Logline - Aliens taking thrill rides in human bodies - as a form of extreme sport - lead a journalist to an alarming discovery about humanity's future.
SECOND PLACE:
Rick Paulas Screenplay - Malinko's Shadow Genre - Horror
Logline - A newlywed couple's cross-country honeymoon takes a horrific detour when they stumble onto a mysterious series of disappearances from a motel outside of a small town.
THIRD PLACE:
Christopher Moro Screenplay - The Next Plane Genre - Horror
Logline - A young man becomes paralyzed in a car accident, but gains the ability to travel out of his body, where he is able to walk again. Addiction to his new ability allows an evil spirit to invade his body and steal his life.

Logline - While appraising old and rare books at a restored colonial plantation, a book collector stumbles across a series of diaries that chronicle an alien visitation in 1781.
Susan diRende Screenplay - Unpronounceable Genre - Sci-Fi
Logline - A Jersey waitress with a grudge against the world gets chosen to be Earth's Ambassador to the Unpronounceable Planet of the Blobs. Once she discovers the secret of the Blobs, alien sex isn't the only reason she calls it home.
