Objective

What do hit series like Creepshow, The Walking Dead and films like 30 Days of Night, The Crow, Hellboy & Blade all have in common? They all started as comic books.

The HORROR2COMIC Contest was created by the team at Script2Comic and features leading film, television and comic industry professionals from the horror space coming together to provide a platform for writers to see their scares brought to life.

Submit your screenplay, teleplay, short script, comic script or short story for a chance to have it brought to life as a comic book series or graphic novel and published by one of the top indie publishers in comics.

Awards

All prize winners who have their work made into comic books or graphic novels will share in the profits of their published properties and will receive at least WGA minimum scale purchase price (teleplay or screenplay depending on the final medium) if their property is produced for film or television.

All winners will also receive a framed page of original art from their book signed by the artist and a special comic prize trophy.
