The youngest of three, James hails from suburban Rancho Cucamonga, California, where, raised on the films of Steven Spielberg, Billy Wilder and a deep regard for history, found a love for the craft of storytelling at a young age. Inspired to bring the many stories brimming from his imagination to life, he put pen to paper at aged 14, and never looked back, learning the tools of the trade through self-taught experience and a degree from The Los Angeles Film School.

Inspired to bring the many stories brimming from his imagination to life, he put pen to paper at aged 14, and never looked back, learning the tools of the trade through self-taught experience and a degree from The Los Angeles Film School. In the interim years, James has fueled his love into his feature screenplays and teleplays, which have been entered in multiple competitions, including most recently the NBC TV Writers Program and the ISA Diversity Initiative, while never wavering from his love of the craft. James, now 41, resides in Lakewood, California.
