So, I guess if you want to know about me, you're going to have to read the Script. There is a piece of me in every character. Anyway, I've never read or written anything in my life, and I am scared to death of computers. So, how can I get this story out? By focusing on what I can do and not what I can't do. So, I quit my job and started door dashing. This gave me the freedom to take notes whenever an idea popped up. So, me and my notebook and pencil started dashing. After hundreds of pages of notes later, it started coming together. So, I started writing the first draft, thirty pages in, without ever seeing a screenplay. I thought maybe I should look at one. It scared me to think that if I start getting technical the characters would lose their voice. So, I wrote the first draft, 360 pages later, I had the story. Then I turned on YouTube to figure out how to turn this mess into a screenplay. I spent the next month doing research on the dos and don'ts of writing a Script. So, I wrote it again, 255 pages, still a tad over industry standard. My left hand, aka, my pencil hand, still hurts. So, it's done in the right form, the characters came alive, the story is awesome. I forgot to tell you, I can't spell, and punctuation is a mystery. But my focus was purely on writing an amazing story that can connect with almost anyone and also piss them off. I call it life, deal with it. Now, pushing a year into this project I've talked to multiple people about typing this up and was strung along many times. At this time, I am thinking of walking to LA with my pencil scribble movie. I have a constant paranoia that when I leave the house it is going to catch fire, and I will lose everything. My house is full of art, and I made every piece, but this Script is the only thing that matters. One night, I was sitting on my porch and my neighbor stops by. I've told her about this project a few times. She said she can type it up. I let her know that she is editing a fourth-grade level educated writer. She starts pumping out like twenty pages a day. It starts happening, it's becoming real. We print, edit 155 pages, edit on 120 of them, print, edit. I can only edit on hard copy. Needless to say, I owe Shelley everything. Edit, edit and edit. It's not a technically good Script but this story is an instant classic with characters the world needs to meet. I proved to myself and my kid that I can do something big and beautiful.

P.S. I'm glad to get this story out of my head. It was consuming me.
