Burnt Toast

Felicia gets a second job at a restaurant but intimidates the customers into not wasting their food.

Felicia must get a job before Frankie will hire a personal chef for them. She finds a job at a dive of a diner with liver and onions as the chef's specialty every day. New Help Alert client, Adeline Rover, entertains Art and Olaf on Friday evenings. Adeline reminds Felicia of one of the murderous aunts from the play (and movie) Arsenic and Old Lace. To top it off, Adeline is known for her elderberry wine just like the two aunts in the movie. Sandy is trying to convince Al they need a personal shopper, to which he refuses. Elmer Tiger, who dated Adeline in high school, demands that Olaf and Art stop dating her. They don't, and it all comes to a head one Friday night. Al is working at the monitor late, and Adeline's machine beeps. No one responds, but he and Brent hear voices. When Adeline tells the guys to drink her elderberry wine, Al realizes they must go rescue the three men or find them dead in the basement. When they get there, Felicia and Frankie show up. The diner has closed up shop, so they wanted to help with the Adeline situation. They tell Al they hired the chef. In Adeline's basement are the three elderly men, shirtless, and wearing silk boxer shorts fighting. Adeline admits she's not interested in them, but looks at Brent and tells them she prefers younger men.The show ends with Brent and Adeline in the office doorway exchanging a hug and a food basket, filled with delicious food. Felicia says they fired their personal chef, and Al gets a phone call. It's his personal shopper.
