Judi Blaze is a novelist, former print and media journalist, editor, and screenwriter. She has three novels, a book of short stories, and a new memoir, Riding in the Backseat with my Brother, that are published, and many novels and screenplays in the works. A movie she co-wrote, WOODSTOCK OR BUST, was released two years ago. Her memoir was released in May and has also received awards. SQUID JIGGERS, a multi-award-winning short story, is now her feature-length screenplay based on the story.

SQUID JIGGERS was a semi-finalist in 2015 in the Nashville Film Festival, Finalist in the Women in Cinema competition Quarter-finalist in the WriteMovies 2016 competition. Currently a finalist in Screenplay Festival Honorable mention- Screenplay Festival 2018

Her short screenplay, Municipal Authority placed in the American Gem Competition.

She co-wrote a feature for Big Kid Films. Woodstock or Bust will be out in 2018.

Judi Blaze lives in the Pacific Northwest and is currently at work on another screenplay and novel.
