The Call

A young, untested convert to the Christian faith, faces and defeats his temptation to steal a wallet containing $1,500 by playing an imaginary baseball game to avoid letting himself and his team of fellow believers down; meanwhile, his adversary, the Devil, and his team, will use every trick in the book to make sure that he does fail.

Bart Young is a baby Christian. While shopping in a local market, Bart finds a wallet with $1,200 in it. Bart quickly ascertains who the owner is and was about to walk out of the store with the wallet when the Holy Spirit prompts his heart to fight temptation by returning the wallet to the owner. Bart defeats temptation by seeing temptation as a baseball game and that he is at bat against a major league pitcher.
