Synopsis

In a small Louisiana town in the 1980s, the story opens in a humble church parking lot under the bright morning sun. Children play, families gather, and a sense of serenity fills the air. In Section B: City of Angels, the story reaches its peak. A midst the towering lights and spiritual undercurrents of Jacksonville, Willie’s transformation into an earth-bound angel takes shape.
