The King of Birds

An oddball birdwatcher/snow cone vendor learns that he is the son of Mother Nature, who has fallen ill due to the effects of climate change. Determined to save the planet, he attempts to become a bird-like superhero, but unfortunately he can't fly. In fact, his only power is the ability to make a single measly hail stone fall from the sky. But eventually he learns there are other ways to make a difference.
