Poor Lord Ritchie's AnswerMedieval Lord Ritchie in his original tale of his descent into madness in a surreal world that is either hallucinated or actually a wizard's revenge. Late great actor Rutger Hauer chose the short story version of this for his 2004 contest, of which this screenplay was developed from. This screenplay in part once formed the core of "Gray and Lover The Hearth Tales Incident" (along with "Sarah" & "Popsicle Death", also hosted here). Ritchie's prequel story is, "Breaking on Cave Island", available in an anthology with other authors, about the younger Ritche as pirate, tried escaping authorities through a haunted cave tunnel system. |
