MASSAGE PARLOR
Eager to bond with his white-collar colleagues, a newlywed man accompanies them on a celebratory trip to a seedy spa, but when masked assailants emerge to drug, kidnap, and blackmail them, he must team with a plucky masseuse to thwart the twisted game of their mysterious captors.
Braden is a blue-collar worker who longs to fit in with his white-collar colleagues. A newlywed with a baby on the way, he reluctantly accepts the opportunity to celebrate the closing of a big deal with them at a seedy spa, despite feeling out of place. However, things take a dark turn when he realizes that his masseuse is trying to drug him. He soon discovers that she is a trafficked sex slave, and her captors have also kidnapped his friends.
The assailants subject Braden's friends to humiliation, torture, and blackmail, while Braden himself is cornered. In an attempt to save himself and his friends, he discovers a group of caged Asian women hidden in the basement, all of whom are also victims of human trafficking. Braden must team up with his masseuse, Tatsu, who is searching for her own father and brother, as they search for a way out.
Meanwhile, Braden's pregnant wife Pam is enjoying a day out with the wives of his colleagues, completely unaware of the nightmare her husband is living through. As Braden sneaks through the ductwork, he comes across the command center of their captors. He witnesses his friends being financially and emotionally destroyed one by one as viral videos of their raunchy escapades are sent out to all their contacts.
Braden valiantly tries to rescue his friends but is captured and forced to help them perpetrate their crimes. As the police surround the building, Braden must make a choice: stand up to the masked tormentors and foil their sick game that threatens to destroy them all.
Braden's journey is one of self-discovery and courage. He starts off as an outsider, eager to bond with his colleagues but feeling out of place. However, as he fights to save his friends and the other victims of human trafficking, he finds a strength within himself that he never knew existed. Tatsu, his unlikely ally, also undergoes a transformation. She starts off as a victim but becomes a powerful force in the fight against human trafficking.
The story is full of twists and turns, with each new revelation more shocking than the last. The stakes are high, and the tension never lets up. The story serves as a powerful reminder of the evils of human trafficking and the importance of standing up to those who would perpetrate it.

“Overall: 4.5 out of 5; Overall this is a great script and a highly enjoyable read. The concept is great, and the story is deep enough to keep traction until the end... the setup and payoff of other subplots such as Tatsu’s connection with McCabe from the opening scene was brilliantly executed.
The script has great visuals throughout, and the dialogue reads and flows naturally.
