Synopsis

A brilliant alien teenager, gifted with a high IQ and extraordinary speed, has always excelled academically on her home planet. Yet, despite her talents, she has repeatedly failed to win in her school’s elite sprint competitions. Desperate to prove herself, she travels to Earth with three close friends, each uniquely gifted, hoping for a fresh start. Assuming the identity of a teenage sprinter representing Andorra—a small, low-profile country—she blends seamlessly into human society, her appearance indistinguishable from any Earthling’s. Driven by a fierce desire for redemption, she trains relentlessly to win Olympic gold in the 100-meter sprint. On race day, she shocks the world by breaking the existing world record. But her triumph is short-lived: a lane violation disqualifies her, crushing her dream and forcing her to face public failure for the first time. Following the Olympics, she visits Sri Lanka, where she experiences a brief but meaningful night of romance that opens her eyes to the complexity of human connection. This encounter deepens her understanding of herself and what it means to belong.
