APPEARANCES
Ronnie, a street-wise teen, invites the scorn of her friends, school, and church when she claims to have seen a vision in a city park.
Asked to renounce her claim by the school principal, Ronnie, a reluctant saint if there ever was one, refuses and is expelled. After the mass media get hold of her story, Ronnie becomes an international celebrity.
Thousand of pilgrims pour into the city, much to the chagrin of the Cardinal, who threatens to excommunicate Ronnie if she does not repudiate her belief.
But Ronnie tries to remain faithful to her belief even when her fans begin to desert her.
