Quick Shot is about an ex-marine with the special ability to slow down time and shoot at impossible targets. His life changes when gets recruited by an underground organization bent on taking over the U.S. government.

Quick Shot, also known as Vincent Brady is a Marine veteran who just returned to his hometown of Star County. After receiving the Medal Of Honor and an honorary discharge from the war in Iraq, he looks for a new purpose in life. While he is drinking at a local bar, it gets robbed by four masked men. Vincent kills all four robbers using his special ability to temporarily slow down time and shoot at impossible targets. After that, he tries to stop another robbery and gets into a horrible car accident. While in the hospital, two detectives informed him that one of the four masked men killed in the bar was an undercover cop. Quick Shot pleads guilty and ends up getting thirty years in prison. After serving five years in prison, he gets visited by a man named Colonel Lee. Colonel Lee is the leader of a highly advanced underground organization. His organization is so highly advanced that they're able to clone a dead body of Vincent through a sample of his blood. Vincent agrees to it and they clone a dead body of himself allowing him to escape prison. After he escapes, they take him to their underground headquarters and put him through training to enhance his powers even more. When he completes the training, they send him off to his first mission with one hundred of their soldiers. Unbeknown to Quick Shot, the mission was to kill American soldiers and take over their base. Colonel Lee gives Quick Shot a choice to join them or die. Quick Shot refuses to join them and escapes. Quick Shot reunites with a former soldier and love interest, Sandra. They both get together and ask Sandra's family friend Bobby for help. Bobby builds a battle suit for Quick Shot. Quick Shot and Sandra devise a plan to meet with the 2 detectives previously involved in Quick Shot's case. They attempted to give evidence to the Detectives through the DNA found in Quick Shot's dead body. However, while at the cemetery Colonel Lee's leader Jack got to the scene first. Jack killed the 2 detectives and Sandra on the scene. Quick Shot becomes enraged with revenge and has Bobby upgrades his battle suit to carry more weapons and ammo. The final showdown between Quick Shot and the underground organization begins. Quick Shot kills every single soldier from the underground organization. He fights off and kills Jack. Now it's just him and Colonel Lee. Colonel Lee is revealed to have powers similar to Quick Shot except he gets temporary superhuman strength and is indestructible. Quick Shot is almost killed by Colonel Lee when Bobby comes out to help and they both finally defeat Colonel Lee. Colonel Lee dies in prison after a few cellmates seek revenge from the dead soldiers who were killed during his attack on the U.S. military base. Afterward, Quick Shot is given a pardon from the U.S. President as a thank you for taking down the underground organization. During a huge press conference, the Star County mayor gives Quick Shot his thanks. Quick Shot invites onto the stage, the undercover cop's son that Quick Shot accidentally killed from the Bar robbery. The undercover cop's son shoots and kills Quick Shot. A funeral was held for Quick Shot and Bobby gives a eulogy in honor of him. Quick Shot's casket is lowered into the ground and Bobby pays his last respects.
